Dr. Rothman is a well-known physician executive and a subject matter expert in aging, dementia, and long-term care. With over 25 years’ experience both as a practicing geriatrician and a senior physician executive, Dr. Rothman has worked with leading national healthcare organizations including Kaiser Permanente, Kindred Healthcare and Aspire Health.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Rothman has had the privilege of directing the care for thousands of dementia patients across multiple settings from hospital to home. Combining his medical expertise with a passion for quality improvement and compassionate communication, Dr. Rothman works together with patients, families and providers to create wholistic and customized care plans designed to improve clinical care and the patient experience. He is the founder of Dementia Q&A, Dr. Rothman’s proprietary video library of information about dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease. Dr. Rothman also serves on the board of directors of the Thrive Center, a non-profit innovation center based in Louisville, Kentucky focused on technologies that can improve quality of life for older adults.
Dr. Rothman is a graduate of the New York University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine, as well as fellowships in Geriatric Medicine and Clinical Epidemiology at the Yale University School of Medicine. Dr. Rothman is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and Hospice & Palliative Medicine, and is also a Certified Medical Director. He and his family live in Louisville, Kentucky.

Ira Asherman is a highly-regarded management consultant with over 30 years of experience, specializing in the negotiation problems facing managers in the research and drug discovery divisions of the pharmaceutical industry. Together with his wife, Sandy, he founded Asherman Associates, whose clients include; Allergan, Amgen, Biogen, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Eli Lilly, U.S. Food & Drug Administration, G.D. Searle, Hoffman La Roche, Janssen, Merck, Novartis, Novo Nordisk and Schering-Plough.
Ira is the co-developer of the Negotiation Effectiveness Profile, designed to measure individual negotiation skills, the Team Effectiveness Survey that measures the performance of pharmaceutical project teams and the Regulatory Affairs Assessment designed to measure the performance regulatory affairs departments.
Ira has co-edited several sourcebooks on negotiation, authored journal articles on negotiation, the sponsor/CRO relationship and regulatory affairs, and distributes the Asherman Associates Negotiation Newsletter, all of which can be found at www.asherman.com.
Together, Sandy and Ira are also the founders of the Alzheimer's and Dementia Resource Center of NYC. Sandy is currently dealing with an Alzheimer's diagnosis while Ira works to be a competent caregiver. They live together in New York City.

Dr. Ezra Dweck is currently Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at New York University School of Medicine, where he directs intensive care services and practices pulmonary medicine. He frequently cares for patients with dementia and their families in the intensive care unit, and recognizes well the challeges inherent in providing care for this frail and vulnerable population. Dr. Dweck is a graduate of New York University School of Medicine where he also completed his post-graduate training in internal medicine, pulmonology and intensive care medicine. He is board certified in all three specialties. Dr. Dweck received his undergraduate degree from Columbia College in New York City. He currently lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children.
He experiences first-hand the challenges of caring for patients with dementia and is dedicated to easing the burden through education and promoting awareness of dementia before people ever reach the ICU.

Todd is a seasoned management executive with more than 25 years of healthcare experience. He has held senior positions with organizations in long-term care, medical devices and clinical practice management for hospitals, clinics and nursing homes across the US. Todd’s areas of business expertise include marketing, communications, business development and strategic planning.
Todd is also a regular contributor to healthcare publications such as Becker's Hospital Review and Hospitals and Healthcare Networks. He measures an organization's success by its ability to deliver excellent quality of patient care to the elderly, the frail and the needy amid competing objectives.
Todd holds a BA degree from Wesleyan University and received his MBA from Harvard Business School. He resides in Agoura Hills CA.

Ms. Sisi Myint is a respected book restorer and paper conservator who trained at the Center For Book Art in New York, Rare Book School at the University of Virginia, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Long Island University with a BA in Art History. She worked for many years in New York City at the Leo Baeck Institute and Metropolitan Museum of Art. Ms. Myint has seen firsthand the painful effects of dementia in her family and friends and is committed to improving the lives of caregivers. She currently lives in Anchorage, Kentucky with her family.
